The North Shore Beaches of Kauai

Ford Mustangs and roosters populate the streets nearby the 'Waterfall Palace' on the North Shore of Kauai, but in just a couple minutes you can get away to your own private beach. The moist climate and rich soil offers provide great growing opportunities, so we're not suprised to find fresh, organic avacodoes and ginger outside our doorstep. Hawaiin coffee is the best grown in the USA in my opinion. I had a great ahi tuna salad yesterday for lunch, and for dinner I grilled some shark that was marinated in fresh lime and cilantro. Today was panko fried shrimp and tons of avacadoes. And then there's the beauty of all the secret beaches... I so want to surf.
