The Finer Things in Life Club

What's finer than settling down on a Saturday night with the boys in the lush greenhouse over a rich glass of home brewed South Pole Pinot wine and plump plate of various cheeses and olives? Well, what's finer, or should I say what's cooler is the fact that the water used in brewing here is either (1) hundreds of thousands years old or (2) the cleanest water in the world... so clean that it actually removes essential minerals from the body, thus don't drink much of it. For the club's first meeting we discussed the uniqueness of the water available at Pole... I mean the water molecules we're drinking landed here during the early or middle paleolithic era (the beginning of Homo sapiens sapiens). Take a sip of history, before the dawn of modern humans. These guys are turning ancient water into wine.
