August Auroras

July was windy and cloudy topped with little geomagnetic activity, but August is a different story. Space Weather.com has been raving about the sunspots that are starting to pop up. Although we are experiencing astronomical twilight, auroras and stars are very visible. It's also very cold... yesterday was -101.7 F.
